At 0511 the Brigade were called to a fire in a property on Helston Road, Penryn. The electric box was on fire. On arrival crews found that there were also live conductors in the road causing more problems. 2 crews from Falmouth attended the incident, breathing apparatus and a CO2 extinguisher were used to put out the fire in the property. Crews then remained on scene until the arrival of Western Power to isolate the conductors. There is no further information on this incident.
