Firefighters from Newquay, Truro, Perranporth, St. Dennis and St. Columb have all attended this incident since it started at 15:56 on Wednesday 20th. On arrival at the incident the first crews from Newquay rescued four young cows, crews have used five jets at the incident, also teams of firefighters were committed wearing breathing apparatus. During the morning a tractor has been assisting by removing the bales and the crew have been continuing damping down. The incident was finally ended at approximately 1430 hours, when all Brigade resources left the scene. A Fire Investigation has taken place.
