Newlyn Harbour, Penzance at 29/01/2007 10:31

At 0948 this morning we were called to Newlyn middle pier at Newlyn harbour, to a 60 ft fishing vessel called Intuition which had a fire in the enging room. Two appliances from Penzane, and two special appliances from Falmouth were despatched.

On arrival the crews discovered that this was a small fire in the engine room which was extinguished using a Hose Reel and 3 Breathing Apparatus, a Thermal Imaging Camera was also used.
