2 crews from Looe attended an incident at Penarth Town, the call came in as an electrical fire but when crews arrived they discovered that it was a chimney fire that had spread to a beam in the house and caught the electrics alight. The crews cut away and used hosereels to extinguish the fire. The caller was in a deep sleep and was woken by her smoke detector and then able to call the brigade to this incident
