Appliances from Penzance and St. Just were mobilised to this incident. On arrival there was found to be a fire in the ground floor lounge of a three storey property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel to extinguish the fire, the premise was heavily smokelogged and the positive pressure fan was used to ventilate the premises.
