On first reports of this incident, appliances from Torpoint and Liskeard also the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised. On arrival crews found that the incident involved a mini bus and no other vehicles. The vehicle was stuck on an embankment, two persons were confirmed trapped and there were several other casualties, believed to be migrant workers. A further appliance from Liskeard was requested. Crews used crash rescue equipment to release the casualties. West Country Ambulance crews were in attendance also the air ambulance. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police who were in attendance.
