Gorse Fire

Three crews from Liskeard and Callington attended a gorse fire. The fire had spread from and area of high gorse into a small plantation. The fire covered an area of 3 acres on a very steep incline. Crews used 3 beaters and one hosereel. General purpose saws were used to cut away branches to stop the fire from spreading.
