Predannack Airfield, near Mullion at 24/03/2007 16:39
Firefighters from St Austell and St Dennis, who were standing by providing fire cover west of the county, attended a report of smoke. The fire involved a car and about 100 metres of gorse. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two hosereels and beaters to extinguish the fire by 1710hrs.
