Pavillion Fire

Two appliances from Newquay and the water carrier from Bodmin attended a fire involving the Sports Pavillion, measuring approximately 10 x 5 metres. The crews used two hose reels and CO2 extinguishers to extinguish the fire which had spread from the pavillion to involve overhead power lines. Devon and Cornwall Police have been informed as arson is suspected.
Cornwall Fire Brigade will be carrying out a fire investigation.
