Smell of Petrol

One appliance from St. Ives attended this incident, there was a strong smell of petrol in the vicinity and one property had been evacuated purely as a precautionary procedure. Brigade personnel stood by awaiting results of tests, various agencies were in attendance. No further assistance could be given and the incident was handed over to a representative of Penwith District Council.
