Barn Fire

Appliances from Launceston and Callington also the water carrier from Bodmin were mobilised and attended this incident, the fire involved a single storey barn measuring 25 a 15 metres which was well alight and contained hay, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were in use at the scene, hosereels and water jets were used at the scene to extinguish the fire. Arson was suspected. A Fire Investigation was initiated by Cornwall Fire Brigade. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed and will be making further enquiries.
