Both appliances from Liskeard were mobilised to this address, on arrival the crews found that a building that housed pigs was on fire, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel to extinguish the fire, unfortunately two sows and a number of piglets were deceased at the scene, Brigade personnel assisted in removing further pigs to safety. There is no further information available on this incident.
