At 01:03 the Brigade received a call to a car fire in Albion Court ,Torpoint, on arrival the crew found the car to be well alight, wearing two breathing apparatus and using one hosereel to extinguish the fire. At the time of their arrival there was a mattress on fire approximately 300 metres from the car fire, a further appliance from Torpoint was mobilised and the crew used one hose reel to extinguish this fire.
At 01:28 a call was received to another fire this time in Clarence Road, Torpoint. The crew found a car to be well alight and wearing two breathing apparatus and using one hose reel they put out this fire.

Then at 01:55 many 999 calls were received by the Brigade Control Room reporting a garage on fire. Two appliances from Torpoint and one appliance from Liskeard attended this fire and found a single storey domestic garage to be well alight, measuring approximately 6 metres by 4 metres. The crew wore breathing apparatus and used one jet and one hose reel to extinguish the fire.

All these incidents are suspected arson and the Police are investigating. Three people are helping Police with their enquiries.
