One crew from St Austell attended initially one property which had been severely flooded in both Franklyn and Roselyn Close. When the crews arrived they helped residents in one properties and four gardens which had been inundated by the water. The flooding was as a result of a burst water main. South West Water have been informed of the burst main. Crews used a hathaway pump with an ejector pump to remove water from the property and gardens and crews helped the residents where possible.
