Top of Carn Hill, St. Austell at 05/04/2003 23:09
One appliance from St. Austell attended this incident, on arrival they found a car and approximately half hectare of gorse alight. A second appliance was requested for the incident. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the car fire using hosereels, while other personnel extinguished the gorse fire using beaters.
