Fire appliances from Liskeard, the rescue tender from Bodmin and the water safety unit from St Austell were called to assist a lady trapped under a vehicle. Firefighters worked quickly to rescue the lady who was trapped under a vehicle in approx 12 inches of water.
Firefighters held her head above the water and lifted the vehicle using specialist equipment, before managing to pull her to safety. Paramedics at the scene took her to hospital.
