On receipt of this call, appliances from Penzance and St. Just were mobilised, on arrival firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and extinguished a fire in the kitchen using a hosereel, crews then proceeded to ventilate the property using a positive pressure fan. One person was treated at the scene by paramedics.
