Two appliances from Saltash and a third from Plymouth attended this incident. On their arrival, they found smoke issuing from an upstairs window. Four breathing apparatus and one hosereel were used to extinguish the fire and the positive pressure fan was used to ventilate the property. We have no further information on this incident.
