Animal Shaft Rescue

Crews from St Just and Camborne were called to a dog which had fallen down a mine shaft. Upon arrival the crews measured the depth of the shaft which was approximately 45 meters deep. The shaft was also in danger of collapse and there was no sign of animal life from the lost dog. Once the risk assessment had been completed the decision was taken that the Brigade was unable to assist. There is no further information avaliable on this incidents.
