Update On Barn Fire

The two crews from Camborne and the water carrier from Newquay left the scene at about 0300 hrs this morning. The Redruth crew remained at the incident. The barn itself was left to burn but the crew spent the night damping down surrounding trees to prevent spread of the fire. A crew from Perranporth attended and relieved the Redruth crew. All crews left the scene and returned home by approximately 1400 hours.
