Appliances from Wadebridge and Bodmin were mobilised to this incident, on arrival the crews found a bungalow well alight in the kitchen area, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the building area and used a hosereel to extinguish the fire. An ambulance was requested to treat someone for the effects of smoke inhilation.
