St Austell at 28/04/2003 14:29
At 1148 hrs on 28th April 2003 the Brigade were called to Gwallon Road, St Austell. 2 appliances from St Austell attended and found a fire in the ground floor of a terraced cottage. Firefighters using breathing apparatus and 2 hose reels extinguished this fire. One casualty was taken to hospital by land ambulance suffering from the effects of smoke inhalation. Fire investigators are on scene at present. No further details are available at this time.
