Fire Involving Mattress - One Person Suffered Smoke Inhalation

Two fire appliances from Falmouth attended a report of a fire in a room. The crews found that there had been a fire involving a mattress, which was already out. A thermal imaging camera was used to check for fire spread and a positive pressure ventilation fan was used to clear the smoke.
One person suffering the effects of smoke inhalation was left in care of ambulance personnel.
