Two fire appliances from Falmouth attended a report of a smoke alarm sounding with a smell of burning from a property. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the building and used one hosereel to deal with a fire involving a cooker. A positive pressure fan was used to clear the smoke and the crews had left the scene by 1615hrs.
