One appliance from Penzance and one from St Just attended a reported house fire at the above address. This was a end of terrace two storey house measuring 6 metres by 4 metres. The crews wearing two breathing apparatus and using one hose reel extinguished the fire, then used a positive pressure ventilating fan to clear the premises of smoke. One gentleman was examined by ambulance crew and received oxygen for smoke inhalation.
