Barn Fire

Appliances from St. Columb were mobilised on receipt of this call, on arrival the crews found a barn measuring 20 x 15 metres, containing hay and farm equipment, well alight, hosereels were used at the scene, crews have remained on scene and a further assessment will take place this morning as the barn is being left to burn out. Arson is suspected. One crew from St Columb are still on scene damping down and monitoring the fire. Devon & Cornwall Police have been informed and will be making further enquiries.
