On receipt of calls for this incident appliances from Redruth, Camborne and Falmouth, the incident command unit from Truro, water carrier from Penzance and operational support vehicle from Falmouth attended. The fire involved a two storey semi detached building, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hosereels and jets at the scene, two persons were rescued from the premises and transferred to hospital by ambulance personnel. Over 30 Brigade personnel were at the incident. A Fire Investigation will take place later this morning to determine the cause of the fire.
