Appliances from Perranporth and Camborne, also the rescue tender from Camborne attended this incident, on arrival there was found to be a dog trapped down a 30 foot dry shaft, crews used the first response pack to successfully rescue the dog and reunite it with its owner, there was also a small badger rescued from the shaft and released into the wild.
