Appliances from St. Austell and Fowey were mobilised to this incident, when smoke was reported coming from the property on the call. On arrival the crews found that the incident involved a two storey terraced property with the fire involving the kitchen, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using a hosereel, the positive pressure fan was then used to ventilate the property. Crews were delayed for a while at the scene ensuring the premises were safe.
