House Fire

Two appliances from Falmouth attended this incident, On arrival crews found the ground floor of the building to be well alight. Two Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus and using a Hosereel Jet extinguished the fire. All persons were accounted for and suffered slight shock.
The occupants were very lucky to escape the fire had it not been for early detection by there smoke alarms that were fitted leaving an escape route down the stairs to safety. Also the closing of downstairs door kept there escape route clear.
The fire appliances were hampered getting to the fire due to inconsiderate parking of vehicles in the street.
