One fire appliance from Redruth and one fire appliance from Camborne attended a fire involving curtains in a room. The fire had already been extinguished using a foam fire extinguisher. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the room to remove the smouldering curtains and make safe. A positive pressure fan was used to clear the smoke.
Arson is suspected and the police are now dealing.
