Between 1700hrs and 1820hrs the brigade had attended several weather related incidents in St Austell, Truro, Penryn, Delabole and Bude. These involved signs, guttering and tiles being blown off buildings. These were either made safe or the area cordoned off to protect the public. Treligga Downs Road in Delabole and the A39 by the Kings Hill Industrial Estate, Bude were closed because of the danger to the public of items falling from buildings.
