At 2322 the brigade were alerted to a kitchen fire. Two appliances were sent from Camborne. On arrival a small fire confined to the kitchen was extinguished by two Firefighters using breathing apparatus. One male casualty suffering the effects of smoke inhalation was treated on scene by Firefighters using oxygen therapy until the arrival of Westcountry ambulance.
