Firefighters at Truro Fire Station are holding a Road Traffic Accident Awareness day to teach a group of 16 and 17 year olds the dangers of reckless driving.

The 30 students, from Truro College’s Public Services course will be shown graphic images of injuries resulting from car accidents as well as speaking to a liaison officer from Devon and Cornwall Police and finally experiencing a mock up of being released from a crushed car.
