Botus Flemming to Cargreen road, Saltash at 22/07/2008 14:28

The fire Brigade was called to a tractor on fire just out of Botus Flemming towards Cargreen. One crew from Saltash were mobilised, whilst proceeding to the incident crews requested a second pump to attend due to the size of the fire. A second appliance from Saltash and a Water Carrier from Plympton was requested to attend the incident. Crews used two hosereels, one jet and four breathing apparatus to fight the fire. Western Power were requested to attend as the fire had melted overhead electricity cables.
