Shed Fire

The Brigade received a call at 03:31hrs to a reported fire in St Annes Road, Newquay. Two crews from Newquay attended and found a shed measuring approximately 1.5 metres by 2 metres well alight. The crews extinguished the fire using two breathing apparatus and two hose reels and one jet.
Two casualties were treated at scene for smoke inhalation, there are no further details on their condition.

The cause of the fire is believed to be arson and the Police have been passed all details and are investigating the incident.
