Fire In Chalet
Holiday Park, Higher Trevellas, St Agnes at 26/08/2008 22:59
Two crews from Perranporth and one from Newquay attended a fire in a holiday chalet. The fire started in a bedroom and was caused by a towel left on an electric radiator. Crews used two breathing apparatus and one hosereel to extinguish the fire. Once the fire was out crews used positive pressure ventilation to clear smoke from the chalet. Crews cut away a window sill to remove any remaining embers.
