Firefighters from Camborne attended a report of a car fire. On arrival they found a car in a field that was well alight. Whilst firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were tackling the fire using one hosereel, they found a person inside. Unfortunately, the person has been declared deceased.

Fire investigation officers have been assisting the police with trying to establish what has happened.
