Shed Fire

On receipt of this call, one appliance from Liskeard was mobilised, on arrival the shed was found to be well alight and a further appliance from Liskeard was requested to assist. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel to extinguish the fire, as a precaution the occupants of four premises were requested to vacate the properties, for a short time, due to an amount of smoke entering through the windows. Arson was suspected. Devon & Cornwall Police were in attendance and will be making further enquiries.
