Mattress Fire

One appliance from Penzance attended a report of a mattress, which had been left outside, had been set on fire. On arrival crews found the mattress and a small quantity of rubbish, to be well alight and had spread to two bicycles. Firefighters used one hose reel to extinguish the fire. Arson is believed to be the cause and details have been passed to Devon and Cornwall Police.
