At 15:53 the Critical Control Centre received multiple 999 calls informing them of a vehicle on fire. A crew from Perranporth Community Fire Station attended. On arrival, the vehicle was well alight. Firefighters, wearing breathing apparatus, used two hosereel jets to extinguish the blaze.
