Fire crews from Penzance and Tolvaddon attended a defective boiler fire at a property at 2:40pm today. Firefighters used one hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and prevent further damage. The incident was brought under control and the property was handed back to the owner, to arrange for an engineer to attend.
