Two appliances from Fowey and St Austell initially responded to this incident, along with a wholetime officer.

On arrival crews confirmed an agricultural building was well alight and made pumps three, water carriers one. Additional resources from Lostwithiel and Liskeard were mobilised alone with a second wholetime officer.

UPDATE at 21:45 -

Good progress is being made dealing with the fire.

Fire crews will remain on scene at this time to prevent further spread.

One appliance remained on scene on Sunday to monitor hot spots, using a hose reel jet to damp down where required. All appliances have now left the scene and no further updates are available for this incident.
